Kurzer Aufstieg und langer Abfahrsgenuss in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Diese sollte jedoch nur bei sehr sicheren Bedingungen gemacht werden, da die Einfahrt ins Lankofelkar sehr steil ist. Kurz vor der Lankofelhütte kommen dann wunderschöne Hänge bis in den Wald hinein. Man hat hier von allem etwas.

Vom Sella Joch Haus kurz dem Schigebiet folgen und dann links haltend Richtung Lankofelscharte, diese präsentiert sich immer in Laufrichtung. Letzten 100Hm sind oftmals Abgeblasen und Harscheisen sind von Vorteil. Vom Rif. Demetz ins Lankofelkar hinunter leicht links haltend an der Lankofel Hütte vorbei Richtung Confinboden, dann etwas rechts haltend auf dem Sommerweg bis zur Straße die von St. Christina kommt, dieser folgen bis zum Schigebiet und diesem in richtung St. Christina folgen.
